UAE changes COVID-19 policy for Pakistani travelers

The UAE has once again changed its policy for Pakistani travelers, Thousands of Pakistani travelers are stranded at airports due to the unavailability of PCR testing facilities at airports. making it mandatory for them to have a rapid PCR test four hours before traveling. However, due to the absence of testing facilities at airports, thousands of travelers wanting to return to the UAE have been left stranded.


According to & nbsp; Khaleej Times, Pakistani airlines are currently negotiating with the country’s healthcare providers to organize rapid PCR testing facilities in the airports for which Passengers traveling to the UAE face no problems.

On August 6, two flights departed from Karachi to Dubai but the airlines unloaded 70 passengers due to non-compliance with the PCR test condition. step in to request the UAE to accept antigen test results in lieu of rapid PCR tests.
