Passengers arriving in Bahrain and holding vaccination certificates issued by countries whose citizens are eligible for a visa on arrival will be allowed to enter, the Kingdom's Department of Civil Aviation Affairs said. The newly updated rules will be implemented on Sunday, August 29. However, the above procedures will be followed and an additional PCR test will be required on the fifth day of stay, according to a report from the BNA. Passengers arriving from countries on the red list, including those who have transited those countries in the last 14 days, will be barred from entry unless they are citizens or residents of Bahrain.
